Sawa Shoes (Montréal, Québec, Canada) operates sawashoes.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect: the information you give us when you order or contact us (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order details), and basic browsing information collected through cookies (device, pages viewed, how you reached the site).

How we use it: to process and ship your order, handle returns, answer your questions, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, and, with your consent where required, send you marketing emails and measure our advertising.

Who we share it with: only the service providers needed to run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform and payment processor), shipping carriers, and advertising and analytics tools such as Meta and Microsoft Clarity. We do not sell your personal information. Card details are handled by Shopify Payments and never stored by us.

Cookies: we use cookies to run the store and, with your consent where required, for analytics and advertising. You can manage your choices in the cookie banner and your browser.

Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent to marketing, by emailing info@sawashoes.com. Retention and transfers: we keep order information as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. Your information may be processed in Canada, the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
